Fortunately, you can come up with so many tips and tricks that will help you stick to your fitness exercise program. Below are the three simple tips that have helped me stick to my exercise goals and I hope they will help you discover your own ways too.

1. Celebrities pictures – I have a collection of my favorite celebrities pictures that I have pasted on my wardrobe’s door. I look at the pictures every day and I imagine how great it will feel to build these kinds of good looking bodies. And I try to compare my own pictures with them to see how great my body also looks.

I also reward myself at the end of every month by buying a new dress that will make me look good and attractive. This concept has really helped me stick to my fitness program.

2. Healthy eating habit – I adopted a healthy eating habit that has helped improve my health status greatly. I have lowered the amount of fatty foods that I take. I eat less sugary foods. I don’t snack on salty and processed foods. And I take my supplements  – protein powder,  micellar casein, and 100% whey – on a regular basis.

These supplements helped me improved my physique greatly. In addition, I drink plenty of water every single day and that has enhanced my metabolism tremendously. Having achieved all that, I strive as much as possible to maintain this level of health.

3. Convenient exercise plan – I have drew my workout plan in such a way that I get to rest for a day after exercising. Thus, I have an interval of one day for resting. And that really inspires me to give out my best on my workout-days knowing that I will not exercise the next day.

For example, if I workout on Sunday, I will rest on Monday, and exercise on Tuesday, rest on Wednesday, exercise on Thursday, and rest on Friday in that order. I do this every week and it has really helped me a lot. I strive as much as possible to workout on my chosen days for exercising. I do miss some days thought but I don’t let that discourage me from exercising on my next workout-day.

Finally, these are the three personal tips that have helped me stick to my exercise program. I used a picture of my favorite celebrities with the kind of appearance I desire to build. I adopted a healthy eating habit, and I drew for myself an exercise plan that allows me to have a day of rest after each workout-day.
