In this article I share what I learned about Fitness Programs. One should be always fit and active to avoid health problems and laziness. To be fit we should take care of what we eat and we should do exercises regularly, check weight from the day we follow the fitness program.

Physical exercises will help to reduce the risk of chronic diseases, improves balance and helps in weight loss. There are some steps to be followed for fitness program. They are first check your fitness level, design your fitness program, get the equipment, start doing fitness exercises and check the progress regularly.

Check your fitness level

First check your fitness level before starting your fitness program. Check your body mass index; check how that in how much time you will take to walk for a particular distance. Check your pulse rate before and after you walk. By checking them we can notice our muscular fitness and flexibility.

Design fitness program

Fitness program includes physical exercises, diet we take, etc. We should plan the goals we should achieve. We should keep a goal that we should loose weight with in particular period of time. We should plan what exercises we should do daily and with in how much time we should do them. We should keep particular time for walk and complete it with in the time period. We should gradually increase the time for doing exercises daily.

Assemble the equipment

Before doing fitness exercises gather the equipment needed for it. Get the shoes which are light in weight and also dress which is particularly made for fitness program. If you are planning to do on exercise equipment then choose which is easy in use.

Have fun

You’re more likely to stick with an exercise program if you’re having fun. If you’re not enjoying your workouts, try something different. Exercise doesn’t have to be drudgery.

Diet

Taking healthy diet also comes under fitness program. We should take food which is rich in vitamins and proteins. We should not take food which is rich carbohydrates, fats, and calories. We drink 8 to 10 glasses of water daily. Go for a walk after dinner. Take leafy vegetables and fruits in more quantity.

Check the progress

From the starting day of fitness program you should check your weight and metabolic rate.

Thus by following the fitness program regularly we can loose the excess weight which will be in the form of fats in our body. We can also be fit and active always. We can get glow in your face if you are active. So try to be active always. By being active we can avoid health problems to some extent.
