This is my personal story of how I became a fitness enthusiast, how I changed my life from overweight to being physically fit, and how I slowly developed the kind of fitness level I’m enjoying today.
A couple of years ago I was one of those overweight people who cared less about healthy eating and exercise. I became so obsessed about junk food that I never thought of the consequences of this unhealthy eating habit. But I was worried within me.
While I was reading one of the collection of my personal development books, I came across a very touching sentence that I’ll never forget for the rest of my life. It states that, “In order to achieve anything in this world, you have to take 100% responsibility of your life. That means you don’t blame anybody for your current situation. And you must know that you’re responsible for where you are at this stage of your life”.
I pondered over this statement for a long time, and that was where I knew I had to do something about my weight; I had to adopt a healthy eating habit, and exercise on a regular basis.
To cut a long story short, I drew a personal fitness program plan. I decided on the time for exercising – morning, afternoon, or evening. I bought some nice fitness outfits, and began with a daily jogging of 30-60 minutes, and three times in a week.
I changed my unhealthy eating habit to healthy eating. And this helped me improve my fitness level tremendously. I took Best Protein which helped improve my strength level and muscles.
In my commitment to regular exercise, healthy eating habit, and taking my supplement regularly, I saw a great improvement in my life; I became very fit and healthy, I developed my self-esteem in a short period of time, and that made me very sociable among my friends.
